The Grove will be a new townhome community located in East Clayton, comprised of 141 three-level townhomes plus an indoor amenity building. Situated at 194th Street and 68th Avenue, the community will offer homes featuring 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom floorplans. Featuring extensive onsite landscaping and the creation of a forested greenspace, hence "The Grove", the community also borders onto the City's Greenway system which runs along 68A Avenue and immediately to the east of the property. The development of The Grove will be a joint-venture between Townline and Surrey City Development Corporation, with each party contributing land to form this 5 acre parcel.
